The valuation of your property is entirely free of charge and without commitment. A METROREALTY expert visits your home, analyses the DVF data of recent transactions and delivers a detailed valuation report within 48 hours. This visit places you under no obligation to entrust the sale to our agency.

Our fees are payable by the buyer and calculated on the net seller price (excluding fees). Sliding rates incl. VAT: flat fee of €4,000 below €40,000, 10% from €41,000 to €100,000, 8% from €100,001 to €200,000, 7% from €200,001 to €350,000, 6% from €350,001 to €800,000, 5% beyond. Brackets are not cumulative. The list of mandatory surveys depends on the age of the property and its location. For a typical Parisian apartment: energy performance certificate (DPE), asbestos survey, lead survey (buildings before 1949), risk and pollution statement, electrical and gas surveys (installation over 15 years old), and the Carrez Law measurement. METROREALTY coordinates all these surveys with certified providers.

Absolutely. We regularly support expatriate sellers and clients living abroad. It is possible to grant power of attorney to a lawyer or trusted third party to sign the preliminary agreement and the final deed. The notary may also use video conferencing for certain stages.
